This BWCA campsite is the third site south of the north tip of a long point that extends out from western shoreline in the northwest corner of Bald Eagle Lake.

Beach landing. A sandy beach is rare in the Boundary Waters. There are two tent pads near the fire pit. Another tent pad can be found back in the woods in the copse of trees situated between the two beaches. Also, the entire beach that extends for hundreds of feet can also be used for tent pads. The fire pit is surrounded by trees with an opening that allows for a good view of the lake. The water is shallow in this area, which will limit opportunities for shorefishing.

This tent pad is in the section of forest that is between the two stretches of beach. A trail runs through here that connects the two beaches.
