Pillsbery Lake Campsite 1
Lift canoe up onto the shelf. The haul gear up onto the shelf your standing on.

Pillsbery Lake Campsite 2
Large open area around the fire grate which is situated very close to the lake. Large rock table and a good log for your convenience.

Canoe landing is on a rock shelf. You'll have to lift your gear up the slope. Fire grate is really close to the water on a rock platform. Three tent pads, none are great because they have rocks and roots in them, but all are usable. Latrine is old model a good enough distance back in the woods for privacy. This site seemed my desirable then the other campsite on this lake (BWCA Campsite 625).

Pillsbery Lake Campsite 3
Handy table for laying out gear or cooking stuff.

Pillsbery Lake Campsite 4
Good sized tent pad, but has lots of stones embedded in the grass. Seemed mostly flat.

Pillsbery Lake Campsite 5
This spot was full of roots and also at the bottom of a rock slope (lower right). Not a good spot if it is going to rain as the water will come gushing down the rock face.

Pillsbery Lake Campsite 6
A tent pad tucked back in the woods that seemed somewhat tilted.

Pillsbery Lake Campsite 7
Da Can.
