There are two canoe landings at this campsite. The obvious one has a flight of stairs, but is very rocky and steep, the other is somewhat hidden along the shoreline about 50 feet to the east of the stairs and is much easier to use (didn't not photograph). This is large campsite. There are at least five tent pads and all of them are at least reasonably good. The kitchen is set well back from the lake so there is a limited view of the water from here.
Steep staircase leading down to the water. The steps were made for giants. There is a better landing about 50 feet or so to the east that isn't as obvious.
Big steps. Made for people that are 12 feet tall.
Nice open area in the forest with good log furniture around the campsite. Well back from the water with limited views.
Another view of the seat area around the fire grate.
Looking in the direction of the lake from near the kitchen.
Large tent pad, albeit a tad rooty.
Excellent tent pad.
Another fine tent pad.
This tent pad isn't bad either.
And here's another in case you just can't decide...
