Portage is relatively easy to walk, but there are a few somewhat rocky section. Headed in this direction the portage is downhill losing about 80 feet of elevation between the two lakes.

This nearly half-mile portage has a reasonably good tread, although there are a few places where it is somewhat rocky. The portage is gently uphill heading in this direction, gaining about 80 feet of elevation over its course.
