Somewhat rocky landing getting out of Middle Cone Lake.



This portage is a little bit rocky. It goes up and over a small bump of a hill. If water levels are good, you can skip this portage entirely and just paddle the creek. During times of dry weather, you'll probably need to use the portage.

As usual there are a few rocks to deal with, but otherwise a nice landing spot.



If there is enough water in the creek between Middle Cone Lake and South Cone Lake, you can just paddle and skip the portage. Portage goes over a 20 foot high rise between these lakes. The portage is a bit rocky.
